Alsace, Burgundy and Champagne-Ardenne have culminated some of their favorite recipes of French delicacies, and provided them below for you to experience European gastronomy. Try a recipe tonight and test your culinary chops.

Cacou aux cerises
500g cherries
75 g flour
2 eggs
20cl milk
25g granulated sugar
1 soup spoon of thick cream
30 g butter
a pinch salt

Mix sugar, eggs, flour, salt.
Add milk, cream, melted butter and cherries.
Put in a buttered and floured dish and cook approx 20 minutes.
